Delivery
If goods are in stock, order are dispatched within 14 working days upon receipt. Items on back order may take longer. All of our furniture has an approximate delivery time of approximately 10-12 weeks unless otherwise specified. This is only an estimate and deliveries may take place sooner than the period mentioned above. Cape Henley is not responsible for delays caused by third parties. 
Delivery costs for mainland UK
£2.95 for orders up to £10.00
£4.95 for orders of £10.00 to £50.00
£5.95 for orders of £50.00 to £100.00
£6.95 for orders of £100.00 to £250.00
£25.00 for order above £250 including furniture
International Orders
It is possible to deliver outside mainland UK; please contact us for a quote. Furniture cannot be posted. Ceramics and glassware can be posted but are not insured so are therefore the responsibility of the customer. Cape Henley cannot refund or replace damaged ceramics or glassware sent outside mainland UK.
Returns and Refunds of Accessories
In the unlikely event that the customer is not happy with their purchase, a full refund minus postage and costs for returning the product will be given if the original order is returned within 7 days, unused and undamaged. The customer must always contact us via telephone on 01844 275050 prior to returning any goods in order to receive a Returns Number. Products returned without this Returns Number will be subject to a processing fee equal to 25% of the total order value. This will be held back from any refunds due. Proof of postage should always be retained.
Orders placed for wooden nautical flags may not be cancelled or returned as these are made to order pieces. Please bear this in mind when placing your order; contact us if you need any additional information about this specific product.
Returns and Refunds of Furniture
Cape Henley complies with the The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
The customer must always contact us via telephone on 01844 275050 upon receipt of any damaged goods. In addition to getting in touch by telephone, the customer is required to confirm the damage in writing to Cape Henley by registered post within 7 working days. Cape Henley will bear the cost of returning these goods in the unlikely event of damage; Cape Henley reserves the right to make other suitable arrangements.
Made to order furniture or furniture made to the customer's own colour specification are final sales and these one-off pieces may not be returned to us. The customer is therefore responsible to ensure the right colour and size has been chosen prior to production. In the unlikely event that a piece of made to order furniture arrives broken or damaged then we reserve the right to replace the broken section rather than the entire piece.
Cancellation of furniture items made prior to delivery incur a charge equalling 10% of the order value when cancellation is received after 6 weeks of the order date as production of a specific piece and finish can no longer be reversed. A request to cancel the order must be submitted in writing by recorded delivery or via email, subsequently confirmed via telephone.
General conditions
We have taken great care in ensuring all of our items are described as accurately as possible however please note that colour variations and may occur due to various settings on pc's. A large proportion of our products are hand made by skilled craftsmen using only natural materials from well managed plantations. Due to the traditional production process, small variations may occur in the material, colour and/or finish of the product.
